Implement automated systems in production environments, ensuring seamless integration with existing processes, work closely with production and maintenance teams to ensure proper installation and functionality of automation equipment, integrate various sensors, actuators, and control systems to achieve desired automation levels.

Conduct thorough testing and validation of automated systems to ensure they meet design specifications and performance criteria, identify, and troubleshoot issues, implementing necessary modifications and improvements, perform system calibration and configuration as needed.

Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization through automation, stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in automation engineering, implement lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies to enhance productivity.

Lead and manage automation projects from concept to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget, coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to procure necessary equipment and services, prepare project plans, schedules, and progress reports for management review.

Ensure all automated systems comply with relevant safety standards and regulations, conduct risk assessments, and implement safety measures to minimize hazards associated with automation, maintain documentation for compliance audits and quality assurance purposes.

Complete any other jobs assigned by the Superior from time to time.

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Automation Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Robotics Engineering, or a related field; A Master’s degree is a plus.

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in automation engineering or a related field. Experience with PLC programming, HMI systems, and industrial control systems.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.

Proficiency in programming languages such as ladder logic, C++, Python, or similar; strong understanding of robotics, mechatronics, and industrial automation technologies.
