Create and manage purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
Negotiate favorable terms and conditions with suppliers to secure cost-effective procurement deals.
Maintain strong relationships with existing suppliers and manage vendor performance to ensure quality and reliability.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant departments to manage stock levels efficiently.
Analyze procurement costs and identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies, legal requirements, and industry standards.
Collaborate with various departments, such as finance, production, and logistics, to ensure alignment on procurement strategies and needs.
Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, price changes, and new products.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all procurement activities, including contracts, purchase orders, and supplier information, generate and present regular reports on procurement activities, costs, and supplier performance to management.
Complete any other jobs assigned by the Superior from time to time.
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or supply chain roles.
Strong negotiation and contract management skills, excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, can work under pressure with minimal supervision.
